Michael (Mike) P. Bauer 

Mr. Bauer joined Libbey in 2019 from Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc., where he spent 20 years, serving most recently as President of The Master Lock Company from 2014 to 2018. Mr. Bauer previously held roles of increasing responsibility at Moen Incorporated, beginning in 1997 as Corporate Controller and culminating in his roles as Vice President and General Manager, Retail Business, from 2007 to 2011, and President, U.S. Business, from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Bauer’s earlier experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for Nook Industries, Inc., holding various accounting and finance roles at Avery Dennison Corporation, and working as an audit manager for Coopers & Lybrand.

Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Lois Elizabeth bingham

Ms. Bingham joined Libbey in 2021 from national nonprofit organization Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she spent 18 months as Executive Director. Ms. Bingham previously held roles of increasing responsibility at Yazaki North America, Inc., where she served as its VP, General Counsel, Secretary and Compliance Officer for the last eight years of her 12-year tenure. Ms. Bingham’s earlier experience includes serving as VP, Assistant General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary at R. L. Polk and Co., a data analytics firm, and as Associate and Of Counsel with the law firm Butzel Long, P.C.

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

James (jim) C. Burmeister

Mr. Burmeister serves as Libbey’s Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. He joined Libbey in March 2017 and has served in multiple executive leadership roles in Finance and Operations. In 2024, he returned to Libbey’s Chief Financial Officer after serving as Chief Operating Officer from June 2018-early 2024. Mr. Burmeister joined Libbey from The Anderson’s, Inc., where he had served as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer. Mr. Burmeister previously held roles of increasing responsibility in operations finance with Owens Corning, beginning in 2005 as Director, Finance of the cultured stone business and culminating in his role from 2013-2014 as Vice President, Finance of the roofing and asphalt division. Mr. Burmeister’s earlier experience includes serving in a variety of roles with General Electric, including an assignment with GE’s Corporate Audit Staff, and with Rubbermaid in its supply chain function. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Mr. Burmeister served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1990 to 1995.

Senior Vice President, General Manager, Americas Commercial

Joeseph (Joe) Huhn

Mr. Huhn previously served as Vice President, General Manager, U.S. & Canada since October 2019. He served as Vice President and General Manager for the U.S. and Canada from January 2019 through October 2019. Mr. Huhn joined Libbey in September 2014 as Group Chief Financial Officer for the U.S. and Canada region before serving as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and Investor Relations from May 2017 until January 2019. Mr. Huhn previously held regional and global finance positions of increasing responsibility at Whirlpool Corporation, which included Finance Director, North American Channels and Finance Director, Global Strategic Sourcing. Mr. Huhn’s earlier experience includes finance director positions at Maxtor Corporation and Quantum Corporation.

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

JENNIFER (JEN) MOLNAR

Ms. Molnar joined Libbey in 2024 after holding various positions of increasing responsibility within Human Resources at billion-dollar global organizations. She most recently served as the vice president of human resources for Tektronix where she was responsible for strategic talent management, engaging HR operations, leadership development and building functional capability. Ms. Molnar brings over 20 years of experience in human resources. She has held various roles of diverse and increasing responsibility at Eaton, Tenneco, and Pinnacle Agriculture. She brings a passion and proven record to improve business results by attracting, developing, enriching, and retaining the most capable, engaged, and diverse talent needed to support sustainable growth and business performance. 

Senior Vice President, Marketing

Kevin Oglesby

Mr. Oglesby joined Libbey from Sealed Air Corporation (NYSE: SEE), where he served as Global Vice President of Strategy, Marketing & Digital. Prior to joining Sealed Air in 2018, Mr. Oglesby served as the Strategy Director from 2016-2018 for Lowe’s Companies, Inc. Mr. Oglesby brings brand director experience from Bacardi and MillerCoors. Mr. Oglesby’s earlier experience include serving in marketing at Nestle S.A., as a Brand Manager at Con Agra and prior positions in strategy and analysis.

Senior Vice President, Operations

Pablo Villareal Zavala

Mr. Villarreal serves as Libbey’s Senior Vice President, Operations. He joined Libbey in April 2014 as General Manager for Libbey’s Mexico business and operations and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Manufacturing & Engineering, serving from 2019 – early 2024 when his role was expanded to his current responsibility. Mr. Villarreal previously held roles at General Electric, where he served as General Manager of General Electric Healthcare from 2012 to 2014; General Manager of GE Lighting in Monterrey from 2008 to 2012; and Plant Manager of General Electric Consumer & Industrial in Saltillo, Coahuila, from 2006 to 2008. Mr. Villarreal’s earlier experience includes Plant Manager for TRW automotive, a manufacturer of safety belts for Nissan, Chrysler, GM, VW and Ford vehicles, from 2002 to 2006, and various leadership positions in subsidiary General Electric companies from 1995 to 2004.
